Welcome to UseDump. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UseDump mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using UseDump, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
UseDump is a social photo application that allows users to capture and share one photo per day, organized into monthly collections called "Photo Dumps." The app is operated by CAZA COMM, a French SAS (simplified joint stock company) registered at 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use UseDump. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
To use UseDump, you must create an account with a valid email address, a username, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

UseDump allows you to upload, share, and store photos ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content on UseDump, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the UseDump service.
This license includes the right to display your photos in the app feed, in your Photo Dumps, and on user profiles. We will not sell your photos or use them for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
If you choose to use our future printing service, you explicitly authorize us and our printing partners to reproduce your photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print order.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share any photo you upload, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
To keep UseDump a safe and welcoming space, you agree not to post or share content that falls into the following categories: nudity or sexually explicit material, content that promotes violence, terrorism, or physical harm, hateful or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin, harassment, bullying, or threats directed at other users, content that exploits or endangers minors in any way, spam, scams, or misleading content, and content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
You also agree not to: use automated systems or bots to access the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems, interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or use UseDump for any illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or severely violate these rules, without prior notice.
UseDump has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
We will report any such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities. Users must be at least 13 years old to use UseDump.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms, please report it to us at caza.comm@gmail.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts.
While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee that all content posted by users will comply with these terms at all times.
UseDump plans to offer a printing service that will allow you to order physical prints of your monthly Photo Dumps, including photo books and individual printed photos. This service will be fulfilled by third-party printing partners on behalf of CAZA COMM.
When available, print orders will be processed through a secure external payment platform. Pricing, shipping details, and return policies specific to the printing service will be communicated at the time of purchase. CAZA COMM acts as an intermediary between you and the printing partner for order fulfillment.
A subscription option ("UseDump Monthly") may also be offered, providing automatic monthly printing at a discounted rate. Subscription terms, including cancellation policies, will be detailed separately when the service launches.
The UseDump app, including its design, logo, features, and underlying technology, is the property of CAZA COMM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our prior written consent.
The "UseDump" name and logo are trademarks of CAZA COMM. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using UseDump, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep UseDump available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your account data, photos, and Photo Dumps will be permanently removed from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will notify you by email when possible.
UseDump is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAZA COMM disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAZA COMM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of UseDump.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
UseDump uses third-party services to operate, including Supabase for data storage and authentication, Expo for app delivery, and Apple for distribution via the App Store. Your use of UseDump may be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties.
We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
Your continued use of UseDump after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of UseDump shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For users in the United States, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, to the extent permitted by law.
